WhO AM I?

Hey there! I’m Skai — the introvert who somehow turned a love for travel, planning, and deep research into a service.

Once upon a time, I was that person meticulously spending weeks planning a dream trip to New York. I mapped every block, memorized subway lines… and then life pulled the rug out, and the trip was canceled. Fast forward years later, I finally made it to New York — and it was even better than I’d planned. That one twist of fate taught me that sometimes the best journeys always happen at the right time.

Travel has always been my escape hatch. I’ve done everything from hiding from torrential rain in a crowded Istanbul café — chatting with Bosnian tourists using Google Translate — to free walking tours in places like Toronto, Tallinn, Rio de Janeiro and Hong Kong. Those walks are my favorite way to discover cities: sustainable, budget-friendly, and perfect for an introvert who likes meeting people but also needs alone time.
My trips are rarely luxurious, but they’re always thoughtful. I believe travel should be kind to the planet, to the people you meet, and to your wallet. And I wanted to help others see that responsible travel doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive — it can be simple, fun, and full of quirky stories.

That’s why I started this website. First, it’s my little corner to share tips about eco-friendly and budget-friendly travel, hidden gems, and how to enjoy a destination as an introvert without feeling awkward dining alone (trust me, I’ve been there). But it’s also the foundation for bigger dreams — like my personal travel planning service, which I’m building to help people plan their perfect trips without spending hours buried in research.
